Choose Photo Boxes by print size, Matted Print Boxes by the outer mat, Invitation Boxes by envelope size, and Document Boxes by paper format. Each product page lists its available sizes and fit guidance.
Can I order a deeper box?
Supported standard products offer depth options on the product page. Measure the thickness of the complete stack. For a different holding size or special compartment layout, request a custom box quote.
Is a USB drive included?
USB Boxes and Photo + USB Boxes include the presentation box and its USB holder or slot. The USB flash drive is purchased separately. Check the fit if you plan to use your own drive.
What is included in the price?
Standard Box pricing includes one eligible foil logo or text imprint and standard shipping to eligible destinations. Extra artwork, additional imprints and special configurations can affect the price. The product page shows the options and charges before checkout.
Will I receive a proof, and how long will my order take?
Proof requirements depend on your artwork and personalisation choice. New logos or special layouts may need approval before production. Your selected size, depth, quantity and artwork requirements determine the production time; shipping time is additional.
Can you help with a custom or studio order?
Yes. Share what the box will hold, its size, your estimated quantity and delivery country. If you have a deadline, include the date you need the boxes to arrive. We can help confirm the format, finish and timing.
