Materials prepared for Rospins presentation products
01 Materials

Every piece begins with material choices you can see and feel.

Rigid structural board gives each box its keepsake weight, while standard and premium fabric wraps create the tactile surface your clients handle first. Swatches help you compare color and texture in real light before production.

02 Precision Cutting

Clean cuts make the final shape feel intentional.

Board, fabric, mats, and folio components are cut to match the finished format. The accuracy of this step affects the box profile, edge quality, interior fit, and how neatly each piece comes together.

03 Hand Wrapping & Assembly

Hand wrapping gives each product its finished surface.

Our workshop team wraps fabric around the prepared structure, works through corners and edges, then assembles the product details such as closures, interiors, and USB areas where the design calls for them.

04 Foil Imprinting

Pressed detail turns a box into a branded client handoff.

Foil debossing uses heat and pressure to create a clean mark on the fabric surface. Simple artwork, suitable sizing, and the right finish-to-fabric pairing help the imprint stay crisp.
