How Rospins handles your information.

Information you provide and information collected automatically.

When you place an order, create an account, request a quote, upload artwork, subscribe to email, or contact support, we may collect your name, company name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, order details, artwork files, customization instructions, and messages.

Shopify and its payment providers collect and process payment information during checkout. Rospins does not receive or store your complete payment-card number or security code. We may receive limited payment details such as payment status, card brand, and the last digits needed for order support and fraud prevention.

We also receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, referral source, pages and products viewed, consent choices, and interactions with the storefront. Optional analytics and advertising data is handled according to your cookie choices and applicable law.

Your choices apply on the storefront and Shopify checkout.

Our self-managed cookie controls record your choices in your browser and send the same choices to Shopify's Customer Privacy API so they can be respected on checkout.rospins.com. Optional storage is denied until you make a choice. Essential cookies remain available because they are required for carts, checkout, account access, fraud prevention, and security.

When optional storage is denied, Google Consent Mode may still receive limited, cookieless signals such as consent status and basic request information. These signals do not place analytics or advertising cookies in your browser. You can change or withdraw your choices at any time; we then update Google and Shopify and attempt to remove optional cookies accessible from the storefront.

Why we use information.

We use information to provide and improve the storefront, create and fulfill orders, produce customized goods, deliver purchases, operate accounts, provide quotes and support, prevent fraud, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and keep business records.

We send transactional messages about accounts, quotes, artwork, and orders. We send promotional email where permitted and include an unsubscribe method. Cookie-based analytics and advertising are used only as described above.

When information is disclosed.

We disclose information only as reasonably needed to operate Rospins, including to Shopify and payment providers; hosting, storage, security, analytics, advertising, email, and customer-support providers; production partners; and shipping and logistics providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction.

Shopify processes storefront and checkout information under its own consumer privacy terms. See the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy. Google and Meta process optional analytics or advertising data according to your choices and their own policies.

Judge.me processes review information for Rospins, including the reviewer name, email address, rating, review text, product reference, and any photos or videos submitted through a review form. Published review content and the reviewer name you provide may be displayed publicly on Rospins pages. Judge.me also supplies the public review widgets used on this storefront. Advertising choices.

Rospins does not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws may define disclosures for targeted advertising as a sale or sharing of personal information. Rejecting optional cookies or turning off Marketing cookies records an opt-out with Shopify and disables advertising storage on the Rospins storefront. Shopify also automatically honors supported Global Privacy Control signals in applicable regions.

How long information is kept and protected.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, complete and support orders, maintain tax and accounting records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by the type of information and the reason it was collected.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections, access controls, and service-provider security measures. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Access, correction, deletion, and objection.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; receive a portable copy; object to or restrict certain processing; and opt out of targeted advertising or certain disclosures. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and legal exceptions may apply.
