Damaged Items

What happens if your order arrives damaged.

Though it rarely happens, if the item you received is incorrect or defective, you will be entitled to either a refund or replacement of your order at no cost to you.

Due to the custom nature of our products, all orders are final. We ask that you review every detail before placing your order, including size, fabric, color, artwork, and shipping address.

If there are any concerns with your order once received (incorrect sizing, ribbon color, artwork issues, etc.), please contact Rospins at info@rospins.com as soon as possible. We can address any issues within seven days of receipt of your product.
